Great instrument, it's expensive but worth the price

Good tool, it's expensive but worth the cost, particularly if you're not a robotic expert and need more customer care. It precisely pipets and I love our machine's 384 well head as it makes it way easier than I could otherwise pipette.The software of Hamilton has been easier to learn than the robotics software I've used in the past and it has a great customer care.
