Excellent PVDF plates for large scale Elispot assays. Fast incubation with 35% Et-OH is sufficient to activate the membrane. These plates are very useful for large scale analysis of IFg secreting cells from in vivo experiments. The signal/background signal is very strong when using PNPP substrate.
