To Check the Quantity of Macromolecules

Thermo Scientific NanoDrop, is used by me for the quantification of extracted DNA, RNA, cDNA, plasmid DNA etc. This instrument was easy to use and gives you nearly accurate quantification results. I choose this machine for the quantification of my extracted samples so I can reduce my workload as this was easy to handle and gives you the nearly accurate quantification results. The only issue I faced that this machine is highly sensitive so every time when you quantify your samples, you need to make sure you are cleaning the machine carefully.
