The MultiFlo FX is perfect for plating cells into 384 well plates for screening, the pump is consistent and easy to use. It also doubles as an ELISA plate washer. I have been using it for 5 years with consistent results for both cell plating and ELISA washing. The set up is easy and intuitive like all of Biotek's products.
