The tool is as user-friendly as its predecessor, the Multipette Plus. However this is more stable in my hand; the revised tip ejection system is very easy to use. For the process of RNA isolation, the washing step doesn't need a very specific volume, you can change the volume from 1 ul to 10 ml, all you need to do is use the right tips.
