This is a very important tool from a quality assurance and food safety perspective. I used this kit for analyzing modified atmosphere packaging for canned food. It is an easy-to-handle kit that uses the drop titration method. I was happy with the fast and accurate reading of this kit. One downside is that it was quite expensive.
