Mini Owl Separation System
This is a small gel electrophoresis system to be used for the separation of PCR amplified products when you have to run a small sample size. I use this instrument or electrophoresis chamber mostly when I standardize my PCR protocol for gene or genes amplifications. It's not difficult to work with, but sometimes during loading it's hard to visualize as the color of buffer and gel is transparent, and is also the color of unit. If the base were a dark color then it would be easy for samples loading.
