Excellent Cytokine Multiplex Detection Platform

The MesoScale cytokine multiplex assay is a great platform for quantifying many types of protein targets in biological fluids. The Quickplex SQ120 reader is required for reading these electrochemiluminescent plates. These assays offer approximately 5 logs of linear range of measurement. The SQ120 reader can read a full plate in about 1 minute and accommodates plate stacking, allowing for easy use with multiple plates. This reader is compatible with most assays offered by Meso Scale Discovery, and will automatically determine the assay configuration by reading the plate barcode so no setup is required before reading a plate. Technical/scientific support from MSD is exceptional and their personnel are quick to answer any question as well as provide expert advice in designing custom assay panels. The instrument has a small footprint on the bench and requires no maintenance. A compatible computer will be provided with the instrument.
