The Hitachi Koki himac CS150NX Tabletop model of Micro Ultracentrifuge is used by the research team in our research work. We are using this tool mainly for separating and purifying proteins as well as viruses. It is used for purifying DNA and RNA also but till now we didn't use it for that purpose, so I don't know much more about separating and purifying DNA & RNA. It works very well and the shaft can produce speeds up to 150,000 rpm which is very great for separating and purifying. I recommend this tool surely.
