I, and the other team members, use the ND-1000 in the lab to measure the concentration of nucleic acid samples with and without dilution. The machine measures nucleic acid concentration very efficiently and gives the range of purity of nucleic acid in numbers and in the form of a graph on the attached desktop. You can transfer the data also for future analysis, very easy to handle, and you just need to calibrate the machine time to time and make it clean. Minute volume of sample needed for quantification and to check the purity. Very useful tool to have in the lab where similar work is carried out.
