This Innova Prep concentrating pipette is time saving equipment for all labs because it has replaced all traditional sample prep methods and completely automated the microparticle concentration. We use this regularly for concentration of COVID-19 virus on almost 40 wastewater samples, and it provides sufficient viral load. It is very easy to use once you learn, and one sample takes almost 2-3 minutes to be concentrated. This also helps to avoid cross contamination between samples, but only thing is cost affordability as one tip can be used at a time for one sample.
