We are using this instrument for the separation and purification of viruses and proteins. The main thing we like about this machine is that it runs very quietly and doesn't produce any large sound. The other thing that I like most about this instrument is that I can register some specific users to the system through a password and access details which help us to remain secure during our confidential project research work. This feature helps a lot for any type of anonymous or confidential project work. One thing that should be improved by the company is their customer service, it takes some days to respond and solve our problems.
