When you are ready to begin incubating with the primary antibody, you simply place the membrane in this device with a proprietary filter paper, then add both the primary and secondary antibodies to the designated wells. Due to the process of sequential lateral flow, wash steps are not needed. An entire western blot can be performed in 1 day with this device.
