Very Unreliable Balance

We have had this balance in our lab for just over one year and are regularly weighing between 1-15 mg. Unfortunately, this balance is frequently uncalibrated and struggles to zero. While our space might have occasional draft issues, this has been an issue in every space of our lab and on every balance table we have used. Our coverage on this balance has expired and we are more likely to buy a different balance than repurchase.
