The incubator receives cell cultures that are placed in a liquid culture medium. It is vital that the liquid in the culture does not evaporate and the best way to prevent this is maintaining 95 percent humidity in the simulation chamber. BINDER GmbH provides active humification by connecting a water bag and a pump, which delivers water to the steam generator. This prevents contamination risk by removing the water pan inside the incubator.
