Digital Pycnometer

Digital pycnometers are typically used to determine density and can be used to analyze solids, liquids and gases. Industries that typically use pycnometers include environmental, agricultural, food science, pharmaceutical and material sciences. With varying output and mounting styles, they are available in benchtop models. Digital pycnometers are equipped with their own sample cells coordinated to work with the pycnometer. A wide variety of analyzer options exist to provide speed and precision measurements needed for range of materials. Digital pycnometers contain local keypads and computer-controlled by serial, parallel, or additional interfaces. Considerations to keep in mind when purchasing are the pressure of the sample, measuring range, and accuracy needed to perform the test.
