GeneMarkerMTP, multi-template processor, was developed in collaboration with several end users to enhance the speed, flexibility and quality of their genotyping applications. GeneMarkerMTP processes up to 6 varying chemistries or size standards in a single analysis run. Following the genotyping of the 6 projects, users have access to all of the special applications found in GeneMarker software, including MLPA®, MS-MLPA, Trisomy, Fragile X, AFLP, MSI, LOH, SNaPshot® and many others. The GeneMarkerMTP, which is Windows 7 and 8 compatible, processes 6-96 well plates in 35 seconds.
GeneMarkerMTP has applications in large clinical research settings, allowing multiple chemistries to be analyzed in a single batch; ecological/wildlife and agriculture facilities will benefit from a streamlined workflow for analysis of replicate samples amplified with different PCR multiplexes or size standards, Core facilities can benefit by utilizing full sequencing plates from various laboratories, reducing sequencing costs and time.
