The internationally recognized certification confirms that Teklad meets ISO standards for effective quality management systems across all areas of the business including facilities, people, training, services and equipment.
Teklad’s certification surveillance process was administered in partnership with SGS, a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, and included a detailed assessment of the company’s facilities. Interviews were conducted with management and employees, and procedures were reviewed across all functional areas, including operations, training and development, customer service processes, complaint handling, technical services (diet design and development), and document and data control.
