The MiniVap® has easy maintenance protocols and installation requires connection to a gas supply and standard main socket. Porvair Sciences has designed the MiniVap® for fine control and quicker drying times by enabling manual control of the needle depth, gas temperature, and flow rate.
Its optimized design ensures efficient solvent removal from vials and standard ANSI/SLAS format microplates. The MiniVap® takes less than 6 minutes to remove volatile organic solvents from HPLC fractions collected in 24- or 96 well microplates. The MiniVap® has a faster evaporation time than conventional centrifugal evaporation technologies and significantly increases sample throughput.
