While working on DNA extraction from stool samples related to the wastewater testing for various microbes, specifically SARS virus, I have used this kit and found it very efficient. It provided me the designated results for the downstream analysis, and also the expected quantity. Had just one issue related to the initial standardization of the steps, which I eventually worked out by doing some modifications in the chemicals and steps. Highly recommended for similar experiments.
