Quick DNA Extraction Kit

This kit is very useful if you would like to sequence a gene for downstream analysis and variant identifications. I used it for the purification of amplified DNA bands that run over agarose gel and it provides good quality and quantity of the DNA fragments for sequencing, phylogeny analysis for mutations, and variant identifications. Very easy to use and reagents are straightforward to work with. I will recommend this kit to other users if they have to work in similar directions.
