Murine IP-10 (CXCL10) Mini ABTS ELISA Development Kit
The ELISA kit was utilized to study the secretion of CXCL10 from LPS-stimulated microglia cells and the impact of autotaxin inhibition on the accumulation of this chemokine.
The kit works very well, providing reproducible results between experiments. The variation between replicates is also relatively low. The kit comes at a really attractive price; almost 1/5 the price of precoated ELISAs.
There is a need for an extra day added to the assay as you need to coat the plate. But given the price and how good the kit works, it is something that someone can work around. Highly recommended!
