The Thermomixer comfort provides both mixing and temperature control simultaneously. We used it for various applications, from mixing samples for immunoblotting to antibody-beads conjugation. It reaches the desired temperature really fast and offers the option to set the desired time your samples should be mixed. The only caveat is that the thermoblock cannot be changed. If you need to have this option then you should opt for the ThermoMixer C.
