Efficient Anti-Human HLA-DR Antibody for Flow Cytometry

HLA-DR protein is part of the Class II HLA membrane protein. Those proteins are recognized by CD4 T cells and can be the origin of a rejection in case of cell therapy of graft for example. This antibody allows me to quantify the HLA-DR expression of my cell lines but can also be helpful to separate human cells from non-human cells in the same solution for example. Also, this can be used to determine if a CRISPR-Cas9 experiment worked or not. As with every Biolegend antibody, I use this as a 100X solution during the staining.
