Very Efficient Anti-Human HLA-I Antibody

Class I HLA proteins are key proteins studied in the field of Immunology. These proteins are recognized by CD8 T cells and lead to rejection of target cells if there are HLA-A, B and C mismatches between target cells and CD8 T cells of the recipient. You can use this to test if a Beta-2-microglobulin CRISPR-Cas9 experiment worked or not. I also personally use this product to quantify the level of expression of Class I HLA of my different cell lines such as B cells, T cells or even iPSC. As with any Biolegend antibody, I use this product as a 100X solution and it works very well for every cell line or primary cell I use.
