Easy to Use and Efficient Material for Electroporation of Large Amount of Cells

Achieving good viability and efficiency for electroporation experiments is a great way to get better results for CRISPR-Cas9 genetic edition or plasmid transfection for example. Thanks to this kit, you can get a very high amount of well edited cells because you can load 5 million cells for each condition (instead of 1 million with the "small volume" kit ). So it is very useful with primary cells such as primary T cells for example. To use it, I personally resuspend 5 million cells in 100uL volume of buffer. However, according to my results, it seems that the efficiency of genetic edition is a bit better with the small volume kit.
