Extracellular Vesicle Isolation Using The Total Exosome Isolation Reagent

I have used the total Exosome Isolation Reagent to isolate extracellular vesicles (EVs) from the cell culture media of chuman chondrocytes. The reagent is very simple to use and doesn't rely on specialized equipment. However, it can be costly due to the volume of reagent required. The isolated EVs could be characterized according to the MISEV guidelines for features such as EV size, morphology and expression of classical tetras-anions (CD9, CD81 and CD63).
